Christel House International Welcomes Matthew B. Murphy, III to Board of Directors

Christel House International (CHI) is pleased to announce the election of Matthew B. Murphy, III to its Board of Directors. He joins a dedicated group of directors governing the Christel House schools in India, Jamaica, Mexico, South Africa, and the United States. 

Mr. Murphy has had an extensive commercial career that included two decades with Mays Chemical Company, Inc., heading its finance, investment, and corporate merger & acquisition (M&A) activities. Ultimately Matt partnered with Mr. Mays to create a consulting company, Emboss Partners, LLC, where he serves as President

He is a governor appointee on the board of Indiana Secondary Markets for Education Loans, Inc. (a quasi-governmental student lender with a sizable bond portfolio).  Murphy also has been a governor's appointee to boards overseeing the Indiana Health Facility Financing Authority, Indiana State Teachers Retirement Fund, Public Employee Retirement Fund of Indiana, and INvestED. He currently serves on boards of the Lynx Capital Corp., Heron Capital Equity Partners, Indianapolis Public Schools Finance Committee and the Community Investment Fund of Indiana, Inc.
