Director of Foundations
At Christel House, we have embarked on an ambitious 5-year strategic plan to expand our global footprint. The focus of this position is to significantly contribute to our fundraising goals by enhancing our grant writing and reporting capabilities as we grow our foundations portfolio. This role also leads foundation prospecting efforts and overall ownership and accountability over the grants process, setting up new systems and processes. Reporting to the SVP of Development, we are seeking an exceptional writer who can independently develop compelling, high-impact grant proposals, while also ensuring accurate and timely reporting to foundations and drive a pipeline of new prospects.
