Through a local daycare, Alexis Hurd heard good things about Christel House Academy West in Indianapolis. Today, she’s grateful her two sons, a fourth grader and a kindergartner, are enrolled at Christel House. “I love the school,” she says. “They take time to get to know your child.” She praises the teachers. “Your child is not just another number. Every one of the teachers have been awesome. They take the time to learn and understand their students. They work with them – that is what I like the best.” Duan, her fourth grader, agrees. “All of my teachers are very nice and very helpful.” His young brother, JahCor, is enjoying his first year at Christel House. “You can do fun things and make a lot of friends.”
