As the world’s top footballers compete on the global stage, Christel House South Africa’s Vaughan J. is taking an exciting step toward her own soccer dreams. The 15-year-old Grade 7 student recently earned a place on South Africa’s Under-15 Girls’ Provincial Team that will compete at the National Winter Games. A midfielder for Christel House South Africa, Vaughan has impressed coaches with her talent and determination. “Everybody at Christel House is extremely proud of Vaughan, and we can’t wait to see her light up the National Winter Games,” said Rosco Hendricks, CHSA’s Head of Sport and Physical Education. Vaughan dreams of one day representing South Africa on the world stage as a footballer while also pursuing a career as a doctor, a powerful example of the limitless potential of Christel House students.
