Fewer than 1 in 10 children born into extreme poverty transcend it without sustained intervention. For 27 years, Christel House has been redefining what’s possible for children born into poverty. Now, we’re scaling our impact — we will open five new schools by 2028, expanding into two new countries and deepening our work in India, Mexico, and South Africa. We will scale our global reach, proving that education, when paired with holistic support, can be a powerful force for change.
Once fully implemented, the Christel House expansion will more than double our global student impact. Currently serving approximately 7,000 students annually, this expansion will increase our capacity to over 18,000 students each year across all countries. That means thousands more children gaining access not just to education, but to healthcare, meals, social services, and career coaching—the full Christel House model.
India will expand its existing school in Bangalore by 50% and open a new K—12 school in Pune.
Mexico will open a second K—12 school in Mexico City.
South Africa is doubling its high school capacity and exploring a potential new school in the Western Cape.

This isn’t just an expansion in numbers. It’s a deepening of our mission—bringing lasting change to communities that need it most. By scaling our holistic model, we are creating a blueprint for disrupting generational poverty at a global level.
Christel House has launched a $45 million fundraising campaign for our global expansion to build five new schools. We are pleased to share that through an initial commitment from the Endless Success Foundation of $13 million, and a donation of land and facilities for a school in Pune, India, we have raised $20 million towards our goal. We’re eager to engage other mission-driven investors to partner with us in making this expansion a reality, bringing a holistic model of education to elevate thousands of children across the globe out of poverty.
