Majority of Mexico 2026 grads advance to university

Last modified on October 28, 2026

Eighty-six percent of Christel House Mexico’s Class of 2026 has entered university, marking a significant achievement for the 51 graduates. Forty-four students have begun their university studies, with two others pursuing professional certification programs. Their university destinations include some of Mexico’s leading institutions, such as the National Autonomous University of Mexico, the National Polytechnic Institute, and Universidad Iberoamericana. And the graduates are pursuing diverse fields of study, including engineering, artificial intelligence, economics, architecture, nursing, law, and psychology.

For most, enrolling in higher education also represents an additional milestone – being the first in their families to attend university. CH Mexico recently celebrated the Class of 2026 at a graduation ceremony, which was postponed from earlier this summer following two measles cases in the school community.
