A family’s gift for Christel House Mexico

Last modified on October 28, 2026

In her lifetime, Ariela Aliphas was an architect and dance teacher who shared her talents with Christel House Mexico’s students by choreographing many of their dance performances at graduations and other school events. Also a mother of four, Ariela was deeply committed to finding ways to help children at CH Mexico discover their full potential. To honor her memory, on October 25, several members of Ariela’s family ran the Marine Corps Marathon as a fundraiser for CH Mexico. The family plans to make this an annual tradition by raising funds each year to support a Christel House student and continue Ariela’s legacy of giving.

Their efforts have raised over $10,500 so far. You can still contribute here.
