Christel House Indianapolis hosted its annual Speed Interview session, preparing 78 high school seniors for the transition from classroom to career. The event brought together a range of career professionals who conducted 10-minute mock interviews, giving students a realistic and supportive environment to practice their skills and receive direct feedback. As College & Careers Administrator Kara Moreland told participants, “Don’t think of them as high schoolers. In eight weeks, they’re not. In eight weeks, they’re interviewing with you for real.” She emphasized that the experience offers a critical opportunity for students to learn, grow, and refine their approach now—before the stakes are real. The session reflects Christel House’s commitment to ensuring students graduate equipped with the confidence and real-world skills needed to succeed in college and careers.
