    RCI global engagement campaign boosts Christel House support

    RCI is strengthening its support for Christel House students through an innovative newsletter engagement campaign launched this summer. The campaign spotlights each Christel House school, sharing inspiring stories, and highlighting the many ways RCI associates are giving back around the world. Distributed to nearly 2,000 associates across 22 countries, the newsletters feature video tours of the schools, key statistics, and student and alumni spotlights. The impact has already been significant—midway through the campaign, the number of U.S.-based associates donating to Christel House through payroll deduction has grown by 9.6%. “Whether an associate is a seasoned employee or brand new – this series provides a solid overview of Christel House’s global reach, and how lives are being transformed in the very communities that we live and work,” said Megan Lingerfeldt, Sr. Manager, Engagement and Sales Effectiveness at RCI. “Ultimately, our goal is to strengthen the emotional connection between our associates and Christel House, and our hope is that results in even more volunteer hours, more giving back, and more champions for Christel House!”
