Christel House India welcomes students in Pune

We’re celebrating the opening of CH India Pune. The school, which is our third in India and tenth worldwide, opened its doors on April 2 to serve more than 250 students in grades K-2 in its inaugural year. The campus is located on 12 acres of land provided rent-free for 30 years by Pune ZP and FIAT Industries India. An inauguration ceremony was held April 11 with state leaders including Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis attending the ceremony, underscoring the significance of this expansion. “It is deeply meaningful to see this translate into real impact—creating opportunities and changing the trajectory of thousands of families in Pune,” said CH India CEO Jaison C Mathew. A fourth India school will open its doors this June in Thane which is located in the Mumbai metropolitan region.
