A child and their potential don’t grow in isolation; the people and the circumstances around a child shape the opportunities available to them. That is why the Full Circle works alongside parents and caregivers to strengthen pathways to economic mobility and opportunities.

Unlocking potential and grasping opportunities means having the confidence to shape one’s future. The Full Circle helps shape the confidence and leadership skills of students to help them navigate challenges and build the ability to create and recognise opportunities.
Stage 5 of 5
Potential needs a place to actualise when opportunity has been found, and the Full Circle provides a place for potential to be turned into progress towards meaningful careers and economic mobility. By offering students five years of mentorship and access to professional networks, students are supported in navigating higher education and employment.
