Christel House leader selected for prestigious fellowship

Alex Stowers, Assistant K-8 Principal at Christel House Academy South, has been selected as an Emerging Leader by Indianapolis-based nonprofit The Mind Trust. As a result, he will participate in the highly competitive Emerging Leaders Fellowship. The three-year program helps Fellows develop their leadership skills and learn strategies for broadening their impact. Activities include training, school visits, and mentoring from national and local education leaders. “My two years at Christel House Indianapolis have taught me so much, and I’m incredibly grateful for every opportunity to grow,” said Alex. “In just the first month of the Fellowship, I’ve already connected with incredible school leaders across the city and gained invaluable insights that I’m eager to bring back to our community.”
