Christel House Jamaica celebrated the graduation of its first cohort of parents from the Customer Service Level I & II certification program, strengthening job readiness, confidence, and long-term family stability. By equipping parents with practical, marketable skills, the program supports more secure employment and improved outcomes for students and their families.
