Students in the JROTC (Junior Reserve Officer’s Training Corps) program and marching band from Christel House Indianapolis have been awarded the Veterans Day Council’s “President’s Award,” and the Overall Top School recognition in the 2024 Veterans Day Parade marching competition. The parade was held in downtown Indianapolis on November 11. “Congratulations to the winners,” said Matthew W. Mount, Lieutenant Colonel, USA (Retired), Director of Army Instruction. “It was a beautiful day, and I was extremely proud of all the participating programs.”
