INDIANAPOLIS, IND. Christel House Academy is pleased to welcome three new board members, Bruce Bryant, Cheri Dick and Wayne Kimball, Jr., to the Christel House Academy Board of Directors. The Board is the governing body for the Christel House Academy network of schools, which includes Christel House Academy South and West, and Christel House DORS South and West.

Bruce Bryant, President and Creative Director of Promotus Advertising, is an expert in developing marketing strategies and creative concepts. He has produced national, award-winning radio spots, television commercials and film projects. His agency specializes in cause marketing and behavior-change campaigns that can be unexpected and edgy, including Indiana’s anti-smoking campaign. The firm has worked with the Hoosier Lottery, Indiana Pacers and NCAA. The Indiana Federation of Advertising Agencies named Bryant its “Ad Person of the Year” in 1998-1999 and 2002-2003.

Cheri Dick served as the Executive Director of the Booth Tarkington Civic Theatre, a community theater with a professional staff and an annual operating budget of $2 million, from 2005-2014. She was instrumental in the organization’s move from Marian University to the Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel. After its first season in the new location, season ticket sales were up 32%.

Wayne Kimball, Jr., is the Director of Performance Improvement with the ACT-1 Group. He received an MBA with a focus on International Business from Loyola University in Chicago. Kimball is actively involved in the community, is affiliated with many professional organizations and has served on a number of nonprofit boards.

“We feel fortunate that Christel House Academy is able to attract such highly talented and creative individuals to serve on its board of directors,” says Carey Dahncke, chief academic officer for Christel House Academy.
