Global Pathbuilders Fellowship seeks new school leaders

Christel House is searching for trailblazing leaders looking to break new ground and create lasting change. Our Global Pathbuilders Fellowship program has received hundreds of applications to participate in the intensive, two-year, fully paid Fellowship designed to identify the founding CEO for Christel House schools in two new countries – our target countries are: Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Nepal, and Bangladesh. The two selected fellows will be provided with the time, resources, and strategic and financial support needed to successfully launch new Christel House schools.

Members of the Christel House International Expansion team are visiting the target countries this fall. “Our goal is to deepen our understanding of the countries’ education landscape, connect with potential partners, and recruit prospective fellows,” said Raina Mansukhani, Chief Strategy & Expansion Officer. In early September, the expansion team conducted their first visit to Kathmandu, Nepal. “We held 17 meetings with key individuals, organizations, potential fellows, and government officials,” Raina shared. “In the coming weeks, our team will visit Colombia, Peru, Kenya, and Ghana.”

The finalists for the Fellowship process will be determined in 2025, with the Fellowship Program kicking off later in the year. You can learn more about the Global Pathbuilders Fellowship program here.
