Brittany has big plans for her future. “I want to be a journeyman. I love the trade I’m in.” She landed her job after graduating from the adult high school. Hard work isn’t a new concept for Brittany. She’s working full-time, taking classes at Ivy Tech community college to earn her associates degree, and she’s enrolled in apprenticeship classes. “My goal is to build a career in construction.”
