A career counseling workshop inspired Padmini to pursue a career in hospitality. She took a hotel internship while earning a Bachelor’s of Tourism degree. The Jumeirah Group of Hotels offered her a position in Dubai, where she excelled. Within a year, Padmini was promoted, supervising front office operations and staff training. She credits the Christel House core values of respect, responsibility, independence and integrity for her success.
