Professor Jonathon Jansen, internationally renowned as a trailblazer in transformational education, shared his enthusiasm for Christel House after meeting students and staff during a recent visit to Christel House South Africa (CHSA). Jansen wanted to see Christel House firsthand – and was impressed with an education model that gives impoverished children an opportunity to rise above their circumstances. “Understand Christel House, and you have the keys to solving our national school crisis,” Professor Jansen posted on his Facebook page. He also praised CHSA’s remarkable 10-year record of Grade 12 academic achievements when addressing the school. “If anyone tells you that you cannot do Math, bring me their number,” he told students to roaring applause.
