Abierto Foundation empowers children through STEM programming for Christel House Academy

Seventh grade students at Christel House Academy West (CHAW) will benefit from STEM educational tools and materials through support provided by Abierto through its Kits4Kids program, announced Carey Dahncke, Head of Schools, Christel House Academy and Sai Akhil Pulikam, President, Abierto. The grant of $2,100 will purchase items for student use in the 2019-2020 school year.

“Opportunities in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) programming are key to success for many future careers,” says Dahncke. “We appreciate Abierto providing tools for our middle-school students.” STEM materials include Math kits, personal white boards, and MultiView calculators. “Kits4Kids Initiative of Abierto believes helping kids will create a sustainable future with transferable skills, a love for knowledge and institute confidence,” says Pulikam. “We’re humbled and proud to support these deserving students at Christel House Academy West.”
