Khairat R., was the first recipient of the Claire M. Kleiner Scholarship awarded to a Christel House Academy student. Christel House International Board Member Judy Kleiner created the scholarship to honor her mother. The scholarship allows a Christel House student the chance to attend the prestigious Emma Willard School located in Troy, New York. Recently, the school shared that Khairat, now a senior, continues to excel in her academics, especially math. She has also lettered in four different sports and is recognized as a strong school leader. “It has been such an amazing opportunity,” says Khairat.
