Adult-learners at Christel House DORS celebrated the beginning of the new school year with a Back to School Bash. Nearly 300 adults and children enjoyed the fifth annual get-together held in collaboration with Christel House Academy West. The Back to School Bash included a picnic, games, music and a bounce house for children. The event allows DORS students to bring family and friends to visit and gain insights into their school experience, according to Emily Masengale, DORS Principal. “It’s really a time to celebrate our students and their commitment to coming back to school.”
