NEW CEO ANNOUNCED FOR CHRISTEL HOUSE SOUTH AFRICA

Adrienne Marais (Adri) will become the new Chief Executive Officer of Christel House South Africa it was announced by Christel DeHaan, Founder and CEO of Christel House International. Marais has an extensive and broad-based background in education, not-for-profit management, education management and fundraising development. Marais previously held the position of CEO of TSiBA Education, an organization she co-founded that provides under-privileged students with full tuition scholarships for study towards a fully accredited BBA degree in Entrepreneurial Leadership. Under Marais’ leadership TSiBA has awarded over 1,500 four year scholarships, produced eight Mandela Rhodes Scholars, four Allan Gray Orbis Scholars and three Kofi Annan Fellows and has achieved a post school employment placement program of 93%.

Marais has a BSc (Honours) and Masters in Biochemistry, MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Studies (Cum Laude).

Marais will assume her duties at Christel House South Africa in April.
